GENDER doesnt work, email always come in male gender regardless of settings

The emails sent by Echo (Notifications), are due to be overhauled, once the onwiki-version overhaul is complete (they will then be fixed to match). This issue should be resolved by the same fix applied to the onwiki version. Tracked at phab:T121067. Thanks for the report, and sorry for the delay in replying.
