Vote::getAverageVote(), contrary to normal MediaWiki coding conventions, calls PHP's number_format() instead of $wgLang->formatNum() with two parameters, in order to return two decimals (i.e. "3.50" or "4.00"). (Furthermore I'd be interested in knowing what languages need PLURAL, but that's just due to personal curiosity.) gerrit:264464
