It should say “everything”, not “anything”.

The use of "anything" instead of "everything" is intentional here. The intended meaning is: there is no limit in scope; we allow reviews of books, movies, websites, public parks, coffee mugs, what have you. "Everything" would suggest that we have an impossible goal -- to review the entire world. A bit more about the differences between these words in English here.
