CentralAuth translatewiki translation not merging

The user right associated with this text was dropped about a year ago. So subsequently translations have been removed as well from the i18n repo and the text is no longer translateable here.

I don't known why this user right is still listed on Miraheze though. It software version seems to be newer than the above change.

Judging from the description at https://meta.miraheze.org/wiki/Special:Version, they're running a patched version of CentralAuth.
