Hi, I want to support Doteli language in translatewiki.net, This language have ISO code (ISO 639-3 dty)[1]. The language Doteli is written in Devanagiri scipt [2]] as Hindi,Nepali. The language is written from left to right. The Doteli wikipedia is in incubator and for the localization work add this language.
