FuzzyBot failing to trigger outdated"-tags?

FuzzyBot does not seem to trigger "outdated"-tags for some messages, inkluding some in MediaWiki (most used)

E.g. this edit and this later one to Searchmenu-new both failed to trigger the outdated tag as can for instance be seen on the german version of the message.

Running FuzzyBot is done by me (most of the time). And I decide it for every change if usefull to fuzzy or not. This change I missed sadly and therefore I run FuzzyBot now.

This change was not worth to fuzzy all translations. So you will see changes from wiki syntax to HTML unfuzzied a lot.

Ok. I thought it was automatically triggered by changes to the source string (although it makes sense that it isn't). I come across these occasionally when I'm proofreading messages. Is Support the best place to report them?
