How to correct a wrong message?

The page MediaWiki:Wm-license-pd-author-self-text/sv contains a typo: the word "upphovsrättshavaren" is supposed to be "upphovsrättsinnehavaren". You can check [1] yourself: only "upphovsrättsinnehavare" appears there (declined forms not listed). When I try to correct the typo, it says that I can't because the page is protected. How can I get the typo fixed?
