Is translatewiki still updating every Monday and Thursday?

I finished a translation of FreeCol into Interlingue (aka Occidental) last week and have been eager to see it go live but I haven't seen translatewiki drop by GitHub to update here:

It looks like it last made an update 18 days ago.

For FreeCol, translewiki pushes the translations out to https://sourceforge.net/p/freecol/git/ci/master/tree/

Your translations are exported out to: https://sourceforge.net/p/freecol/git/ci/master/tree/data/strings/FreeColMessages_ie.properties

I think the GitHub repository is a mirror that is updated once in a while.
