MediaWiki:Mytalk/uz

While MediaWiki:Mytalk/uz is correctly set as "Suhbatim", on Uzbek interface it shows up as "Meni Suhbatim". Same problem with MediaWiki:Mycontris/uz. Thanks.

Yes, indeed! "Meni suhbatim" literally means "me talk", which is nonsense. Nataev (talk) 10:24, 13 March 2012 (UTC)

Changes to messages on translatewiki.net are exported to wikipedias via the localisation update extension. If the message has already been customised on the wikipedia, then that overrides the translatewiki.net default - see the system messages on the uz wikipedia. You need to get an administrator at uz wikipedia to delete the two customised messages on uz wikipedia ([1] and [2]), so that the translatewiki.net default messages appear in their place. There is a tool to help do these deletions in bulk somewhere, but I haven't had the time to find out about it.
