Rephrased, still to be documented.

The wording of mwe-upwiz-tooltip-categories ("Add your file to [$1 categories] so as to make it easier to find.") appears problematic to me, "add categories to your file …" should imho rather be "add your file to categories" since the file appears in the category listings, not vice versa. I understand that the user types category links into file description pages, adding something there, thus the message should be worded to reflect that, but as it is now, it is misleading.

I could not find where the message is being used in the upload wizard, so I do not have a suggestion to make it better lacking context. :-(
