I would like to add the german iSC Pedia versions:

to Translate Wiki new projects.

Hello. Here we translate software, not content; I don't see any extension or code to translate there. As you're using MediaWiki, you can use translatewiki.net's technology directly: install mw:MLEB. If you want to have translations from other wikis, however, it's going to be a bit complex.
