Project: FrontlineSMS

I've started the first part of the intergration in translatewiki. Please check my review below, and let us know what you can do with the feedback and how you'd like to proceed. If we continue, I'd like to you to assign one or two developers that will monitor Translating_talk:FrontlineSMS in the future, which questions and comments from translators will appear.

I just sent an e-mail for the Frontline user. I've also tried to get into contact through Facebook twice without result.
