Reloading without cache in Opera

The message https://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=MediaWiki:Clearyourcache/en says:

"Note: After saving, you may have to bypass your browser's cache to see the changes.

  • Firefox / Safari: Hold Shift while clicking Reload, or press either Ctrl-F5 or Ctrl-R (⌘-R on a Mac)
  • Google Chrome: Press Ctrl-Shift-R (⌘-Shift-R on a Mac)
  • Internet Explorer / Edge: Hold Ctrl while clicking Refresh, or press Ctrl-F5
  • Opera: Go to Menu → Settings (Opera → Preferences on a Mac) and then to Privacy & security → Clear browsing data → Cached images and files."

But the last one is way too complicated, and it does something quite different from the first three: It clears the entire cache for all websites, which seems completely unnecessary. Why not just say "Press Ctrl+F5"? That's what Opera themselves say: "Ctrl+F5 - Reload page without cache, which is useful if something isn’t loading correctly on the page." (https://www.opera.com/case-studies/working-faster-with-keyboard-shortcuts-in-opera).

I cannot change it myself, and the page https://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=MediaWiki:Clearyourcache/en told me to suggest the change here instead.
