In your wiki, there are tons of English lingual errors up to lengthy pieces of text making no sense at all to me. You do not allow corrections, saying that one needed to be logged in. Once registered and logged in, you still do not allow corrections, saying that one needed a confirmed e-mail address now. Once one has entered an e-mail addres, you say that an e-mail was sent for confirmation. One can request another such e-mail be sent, but e-mails never arrive. You do not allow editing of talk pages or sending of e-mail to you via the wiki, so there is not even a way to let you know that it is not working.
