Unable to save outdated messages

Hello, The team working on the project to translate MediaWiki messages into Balinese are having a problem saving messages marked as outdated. The confirm translation button is greyed out.

They can save the message by adding a space then deleting it (in which case a save translation button appears), but when the page is reloaded all the items are still there marked as outdated. The team has already confirmed all the current values are valid, so how can we go about confirming them all? Thanks,

Several of those messages had a plural with two identical parameters (are they really independent from number?) and there were some unbalanced parentheses, plus some "project:" instead of "Project:" which was not accepted (the last is a bug IMHO).

Great! Thanks for the help Nemo. I don't actually speak Balinese, but I've been assured by the translation team that all the items in the outdated section were still valid.

I'm also surprised by how often languages in the Indonesian group have the same form for singular and plural, but if you compare the Basa Bali with the Basa Jawa and Bahasa Indonesia, you'll see they too use the same form for both.

Anyway, I see we hit the 18% but it looks like the target has moved, and that only makes 17% for the latest release of MediaWiki. Is that correct?

It's possible that new messages were added. Anyway 18 % is just the minimum and you should keep translating at least the 90 % of core if not extensions, it's not safe to stay on the limit.
