Wording of message twn-project-pywikipedia ("[[:MediaWiki:Twn-project-pywikipedia/en]]") is imho too narrow.

• the pywikipediabot framework can handle any MediaWiki wiki (not just Wikipedia)
• it does more than just edit, e.g. add, delete, move pages, create reports, etc.

While you are correct, the idea is to entice people to localise this project. The messages that are to be localised are primarily used within Wikipedia and probably specific to Wikipedia. Thanks,
