How can we test this app?
To know how the messages are shown exactly, I want to test and see the app in my Android phone or virtualization software. It seems there isn't deployed in Android Market yet, so should we get the source and build by myself?

The source code of the app is here : https://github.com/wikimedia/WikipediaMobile . If you know git you won't have any problem to build it with the android skd.
We now have automatic nightly builds going, you can download the latest at: http://integration.mediawiki.org/WikipediaMobile/nightly/Wikipedia_latest.apk
