Hello, Davidzdh! I shall resubmit to change it back. Localisation in language is préférable as having been proposed.
I changed the Chinese “维基百科” into English "WIKIPEDIA", because I thought there was no necessity for translation. As "WIKIPEDIA" is already a stylized version in English, I thought there would be no need to set aside another version.
