Alphabet in Dobruja

Hello, there is a Latin alphabet used by the Nogay Tatars (Tatars of Romania; Crimean Tatars and Nogay Tatars) in Dobruja which is also official by UDTTMR (Democratic Union of Tatar Turkish Muslims of Romania).
