Reporting vandalism

Hello bureaucrat! Please help. I wanna report User:VibhasKS who is reverting my translations and adding his/her personal preferences here and when I ask him to get a community consensus first he/she became rude on my talk page and called my contributions "rubbish" over theirs. He/she is also removing the newly done translations by me. He/she always become rude and have attitude that only he knows the Punjabi. He/she's insulting me on the wiki too and asked me to leave the wiki and much more. Please warn him/her and for the wiki's sake.

Amir has advised the users that dialog is what is needed to resolve this. Not power play. The latter will have severe consequences for both users.
