I just noted messages ruined by this user for Armenian (hy), fixing now. May be it's good idea to auto-revert all his edits to existing translations and delete new translations, to fix other languages, not patrolled here often.
There's quite a few: [1]. Deletions don't automatically remove translations. For rollback maybe we should install an extension.
