Little more needed to get gom-deva locale added

Thanks for your translations! Just one more small step and gom-deva will be added to MediaWiki. Please finish translating the most used MediaWiki messages (about 60 left) and translate a bit more core messages (at least 100, to reach 18 %). As you can see on Translating:Group statistics, the goal is near. :)
