Russian translations in need of some attention

Hi MaxSem, I just came across these translations. The messages could use some improvement:

• Some links are wrong (to unported license instead of country specific license)
• Country names are not translated (for example Niederlande instead of Netherlands in German)
• Name of the license is not translated (not sure if that's possible)

Could you help fix this? Or maybe you know someone else?

These are not translated in Russian practice for reasons I'm not aware of, same thing with license names in Commons templates.

Lol, just realized that the Commons license boxes use those very messages. Anyway, this is consistent with ruwiki anyway. As of messages, these seem to be fixed with Kaganer's and yours (thanks!) help.

Ok, thank you. Strange that the country names are not translated in Russian.

Probably it's beacause the mix of Russian and non-Russian words looks even uglier.
