...for the bump in translation privileges. I'd found a small formatting error in an old translation and it was annoying me to no end, heh. Now to figure out the rest of my way around this site.

Quick question: Project:Autoconfirmed users says that everyone who registers on the site gets added to this usergroup group, but it's not showing up in my user rights management and I'm not able to send emails. Not a big issue, but I noticed it as I was updating my user page and wondered if the message was wrong or if I missed something.

Please note that sending emails is only possible when the other user also has confirmed his email address.

Understood. That doesn't seem to be relevant in this particular case, though - I'm getting a "Permission error" on Special:EmailUser. I know that my email is confirmed, so that shouldn't be the issue.
