Translating Portal:Cy to Spanish

If you have set the language in your user preferences (Preferencias) to be 'es' then you should see the standard headings on all the language portals in Spanish. So you shouldn't need to translate any of the portal content that is put there automatically.

For some reason I don't understand the user interface in 'es-419 - espanol de America Latina' and 'es-formal - Espanol (formal)' are appearing mostly in English - a bug maybe?

El error tal vez fue resuelto y no es quizás una mala interpretación, no solo estamos expresando dos idiomas distintos, sino sentoidos contrarios de interpretación.
