Дело в том, что есть устоявшиеся термины, есть текстовые поля для которых более предпочтительно короткое наименование, а инструментарий translatewiki не позволяет это оценить с должным уровнем.

Добавлю к рекомендации выше, что с демонстрируемым Вами уровнем знания русского языка ("загрузка в склад"; "для энциклопедия") лучше вообще никаких изменений в переводы не вносить.
