Hello. Can you please elaborate on the edit summaries of Special:Diff/6706249 and Special:Diff/6712370? I allways thought that we should not modify markup in translations. Thanks in advence. Best regards.

Both $parameters are quotes, so they need to be included in quotation marks. With that done, <em> markup becomes superflous. It had been culturally wrong anyways, because it renders italics, and there is no justification to italicize quotations unless they are in a foreign language.
