To change the English name for ace you need to file a ticket to make a change request at CLDR Change Requests. I don't think you need an account to do this. The process for requesting data to be changed is described at "CLDR process". There is also advice on CLDR on translatewiki.net. I think the rule for choosing which English name to use for a language on CLDR is to use the most commonly known name, so it might take you a long time to persuade them that Achinese is old-fashioned and not liked in Indonesia.
