That dual script autonym implies that the language is written in two scripts. Your current localisation is in Cyrillic script, so there is no reason to add a Latin script automyn. Also, Ethnologue/ISO639-3 does not mention this language to be written in the Latin script; it mentions Cyrillic and Arabic.

Currently Talysh people who live in the Republic of Azerbaijan using Latin script. Cyrillic script for Talysh language was used in the Soviet period and Arabic script only for Iranian Talyshes. As current wikipedia is being built by Azerbaijani Talysh people, so we came to conclusion that we use Latin Alphabet in Wikipedia. Optionally, cyrillic and arabic can be used. As in Serbian Wiki. with regards.
