Documentation for PLURAL at OSM

Thank you for your comments on the threads about plural on OSM. Could you also take a look at the draft documentation page on Plural, where I have made some tentative notes, with ????? after them? I would be grateful if you could review these and, if correct, remove the ?????, or if not, please correct the notes. One of the tentative notes is connected to this thread.
