Following your post on support, I would like to mention that there is a problem with localisation of the donation pages for users who are using a computer in a region covered by a Wikimedia chapter with a fund-raising agreement with Wikimedia Foundation. If you are in a country which has a Wikimedia chapter, then please read this on meta. Please let me know if you have this problem, as I am trying to get this long-standing problem addressed, so far with almost no results.
