Ajapaik is a crowdsourcing platform for harvesting (geo)data and rephotographs for historic images (mostly photographs, but also paintings and graphic art). Ajapaik web app has mostly Estonian content, but is not limited to Estonia only. As a next step we want to integrate the platform with Wikimedia Commons so that the android rephotography app could also be used for rephotographing pictures from Commons and other sources in the future.

Translation notes

Ajapaik has currently poor documentation, but we will work on it.

Translations for Play store descriptions are enabled only for the languages listed in https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/3125566?hl=en

Exports

Languages with translation completion less than 25% are not committed to version control. If the project consists of multiple message groups, the limit is applied to each group separately.

Translation updates are exported to version control every Monday and Thursday.
