Appropedia is a site to develop and share collaborative solutions in sustainability, poverty reduction and international development through the use of sound principles and appropriate technology, original research and project information. The vision of the project is: “Share knowledge to build rich, sustainable lives.”

It is a free-content wiki, a type of website that allows anyone to add and edit content. Unless where otherwise noted, all material on Appropedia is released under a Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike International 4.0 (CC-BY-SA-4.0) license. The wiki is powered by MediaWiki, for which the Appropedia team develops and supports some translatable extensions or adaptations.

Exports

Languages with translation completion less than 25% are not committed to version control. If the project consists of multiple message groups, the limit is applied to each group separately.

Translation updates are exported to version control every Monday and Thursday.
