Printf string used to display this form. You would likely use a %s to specify where a field should be subsitutued into the string.
tutued ???? should be corrected in the original

If it refers to kilobytes, the unit is written wrong. It should be kB (with a lowercase k and an uppercase B).
The message is correct as it is. the s at the beginning and end are (placeholder) formatting strings (%s). so when substituted, the full message will be like: Pretest Results (Passing score: 75)
Do you think this is enough to proceed or we still need more modifications.
Cheers
"occured" should be "occurred".

An error occurred trying to display this report. This is most likely because the report has not been generated or there was a problem generating the report.
")
Also can I translate "no_edit_students"?!
You don't have to translate "no_edit_students" because this is just a tag for internal reference. when it is picked up as a string it gets stripped-off of the underscores. so originally it should read no_edit_students:You do not have persmission...
We'll work to see how we can address this issue.
Cheers
I have looked for string "add student Add Student" and couldn't find it. Maybe the translation templating engine removed some punctuations because what I see in the .po and .pot files is add_student:Add Student. add_student here is used as a tag (like default:Firstname in other strings).
Carl: is there a way we can set so that the tags (like default:Firstname or generate:Generate this number) don't show up in the pot files?
Cheers
Use Com-tco-c0f4ea69dc5d6b9760e16d7807157ee6c750a6dd-Scheduled Training Course Part ("Scheduled Training Course Participation
") instead.
Typo: Traniing
This string is part of patchwork. Please don't do that, and restructure your code so that sentences stay together. See https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/I18n#Avoid_patchwork_messages for some more details.

a tag is disabled on MediaWiki and the result is quite catastrophic: commons:File:IHRIS-qqq.png. Please convert HTML links to wikitext external links.
Hi Sovello, I mean that IMHO as a translator it would be nice if the message/string comments aka message documentation (qqq) used wikimarkup. That is, instead of:
<a href='http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~intrahealth+informatics/i2ce/4.0-dev/annotate/head%3A/modules/CustomReports/modules/PieChart/templates/en_US/customReports_display_control_PieChart.html#L120'>modules/CustomReports/modules/PieChart/templates/en_US/customReports_display_control_PieChart.html</a>
I'd like to have
[http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~intrahealth+informatics/i2ce/4.0-dev/annotate/head%3A/modules/CustomReports/modules/PieChart/templates/en_US/customReports_display_control_PieChart.html#L120 modules/CustomReports/modules/PieChart/templates/en_US/customReports_display_control_PieChart.html]
which is equally readable (if not more) on a code comment and displays nicely as
here on wiki.
Hi Nemo, I am upgrading the source links to use the wiki style now. You should see them the next time translatewiki is refreshed.
I couldn't get a specific location where this word is used. But a common place is 'Stale time' for cached tables. So this is the time we consider a cached table is out of date/not fresh/has lost novelty. Is not current/up to the moment.
Is this helpful?
Cheerio
No, because you closed the issue without answering the question :). So I opened it again.
Here are my grep results in i2ce, hope that helps.
modules/CustomReports/configs/en_US/CustomReports.xml: <value>Stale</value> modules/CustomReports/CustomReports.xml: <value>Stale</value> modules/CustomReports/lib/I2CE_CustomReport.php: 'stale'=>'Stale',
Patchwork message? Feels as if this will be followed by a link to another report or something...
Yes Siebrand. What comes after that is a link to the report for the report and the statement becomes complete.
Cheers!
To ensure that this thing can be properly translated, that link to the report should be part of the message as a parameter. I've reopened the issue; patchwork messages are bad in software, because they disable proper options for localisation.
Hi Siebrand! The full statement would read "This report view is based on the report StaffByAgeRanges" if StaffByAgeRanges is the name of the report. This name could be any otherthing based on what the user sets, plus the name can be in any language based on the preferred language for the user.
Or what did you mean when you said the link should be part of the message as a parameter? do you mean we should include something like a placeholder say "This report view is based on the report %s"?
Cheers
