Hi,

"We encourage translators to [...] act as a glue between developers and translators" - it sounds kinda weird.

What's weird? That we're using a metaphor? :)

That x is glue between y and itself.

Maybe it can be something like "We encourage translators to [...] act as glue between developers and other translators".

Or: "We encourage experienced translators to [...] act as glue between developers and the rest of the translating community".

Be bold...
