Important info about Flagged Revs

Some skins (e.g. standard/classic) display an additional tab to control visibility of the page revisions, e.g. whether last revision should be included or perhaps the last checked or published version. Links to Special:Stabilization.

In Flagged Revisions, "vet" stands for "stabilize".
