Hi ! here I am attaching an image. In that read marked word I want to translate but it's place to translate I couldn't find. So please help me...

MediaWiki doesn't have a link in that position. Is that a link to a user subpage/sandbox? It's probably a local JavaScript.

You have to search that string in w:sa:Special:Search I think, and ask a local administrator to add your translation.
