The preservation of the :w:en:Wikipedia links in MediaWiki:Tag-AWB/en and MediaWiki:Tag-AWB-description/en should not be being checked in the translations, as this prevents localisation. Can the check be removed, please?

The only way to do that, is to convert both links to external links, which is what I proposed at phab:T186454

It's not the only way, we also have overrides to disable checks.
