Translation issues for OR Wikis

Hello, Is it okay to use these html codes in messages here and here. Also when I set Odia language in my preference here on translatewiki.net, I am getting !!FUZZY!! written on History page of every messages. Is it because the particular message is fuzzy or some other issue ? Thank you!

You should stick to the source message. If the source message does not contain bold or HTML, your translation shouldn't contain it.

As for '!!FUZZY!!', this is a marking that indicated that the current translation is outdated. Translations marked as outdated, show up as untranslated, so while translating, you'll come across them eventually (or if your translations are pretty complete, you'll come across them soon :P).
