The Plus icon

In languages with rtl direction, when click on + mark, it will be hidden at once.

It appears that Terminology Gadget codes has not been well set for rtl direction.

@Mohammad ebz and Beginneruser: You're right, I forgot to check the revamped plus icon for RTL languages. It should be fixed now, please check. (You might have to do Ctrl+R or Ctrl+F5 if it still looks broken.)
