It might be correct: "see all [the] updates" as opposed to "see [some of] the updates" (in the overview or whatever).
I seem to mistake 'See all', it may be correct 'See the'.

The singular was incorrect, if that's what you're saying. I've changed it to:
one: "See the %{count} update for this page."
(It so happens that this message is never shown if the count is 1, but TWN requires the "one" translation to exist in all pluralization cases, regardless.)
