Are Milkmaid, the Captain, the Flying Dutchman and Undead names of ships?

I haven't seen them anywhere in the game yet, maybe some developer can comment.

"Flying Dutchman" is legendary ghost ship. Captain and Undead are members of crew on the ship. Milkmaid is just profession name, new type of units which is not active in the game for a while (maybe experimental).
