About [[MediaWiki:1movedto2/en]]
This message, along with Mediawiki:1movedto2_redir/en appears translated here. They haven't been edited since 2010 and 2008 respectively. But on w:hi:विशेष:सभी_सन्देश, both still appear as being untranslated. So I can't delete the local messages there. Is this a known bug? Also, are these message still in use?

Ok, but their appearing translated here and untranslated on hi-wp still needs to be looked into. After all, we can't really be sure that these two are the only messages with this problem. It could possibly be affecting more important messages too.
