Clarification needed. "Import" could be imperative or noun. Existing translations randomly assume either. Thus fuzzying is suggested after clarification.

It's a noun here. I attempted to clarify with Special:Diff/5825759/6632857, feel free to clarify further if necessary.

BTW, please do ping me with any more questions about the intended meaning of any "apihelp" messages, particularly those from MediaWiki core.
