This is not possible in JavaScript, where the message is used. I've documented the defect.

-/ Can we at least place "the wiki" as default in the meanwhile? Then each wiki can adapt it (just did it on Meta, to be safe). The same for MediaWiki:Articlefeedback-survey-disclaimer.
