String length restrictions are a Bad Thing [tm] in Globalized interfaces. Designers should come up with a solution.

In a mobile context short is often better. That said longer title strings should be supported. This fix allows the heading to jump 2 lines if necessary https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/58332/
