About [[MediaWiki:Mobile-frontend-nearby-to-page/en]]

Jdlrobson, I tried figuring out an alternative but I don't understand where this is used if anywhere, can you help? If it's something sending the user to Special:Nearby, I wonder how it can know if there are results and how many; maybe worth rephrasing so that it doesn't mention or refer to the number of them.

I sent Nemo and Jon a mail asking for follow-up.

When I wrote the message above, I had tried adding PLURAL support, but I was unable to find a way to count the pages displayed. I'd need a deeper look into a code, or a real coder ;) like the extension's maintainers.

In the current alpha of enwiki visit a page with geodata e.g. San Francisco https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/San_Francisco Click on the ugly globe icon next to the heading and you will see what this refers to.

Note we are currently moving this feature to beta and it will be accessed from the bottom - but that shouldn't surface on to projects until a week's time at least - this will give it more prominence.
