Wikibase is the name of the extension. It probably shouldn't be translated.
It seems to me tha Lydia is right, but I would add that also Apache Solr should not be translated. The string now reads "Extends Wikibase with a Apache Solr based search" (my emphasis) and all names should be kept untranslated.
