Check claims that %(to)s wasn't used just because the "s" is dropped in Polish. Or maybe it's true that it has to be used like that, but then docs should be clarified.
The parameter is "%(to)s", so the check is 100% correct. The documentation has been correct since it was imported in the beginning of 2013.
