Hello. Can somebody guide me on how to insert new links on MediaWiki:Contribsub2? One example is: phab:T117366. Thanks.

I'm not sure what you're trying to do. If you need a different version of the message for all Wikimedia wikis, you can add an override to WikimediaMessages. Do you also need the code to pass a new parameter?
